Chai Coconut Manna Chia Pudding



This delicious Chia Seed Pudding made with Numi Rooibos Chai and Coconut Manna makes a perfect breakfast, snack or dessert!

A Chia Seed Pudding with a touch of Coconut Manna and spice makes for the perfect breakfast, snack or dessert!

  • 3 Numi Rooibos Chai tea bags
  • ¼ cup Nutiva Organic Coconut Manna™ (warmed)
  • 7 tbsp Honey
  • ½ tsp Vanilla
  • ¼ tsp Powdered Ginger
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon
  • ⅛ tsp Ground Cloves
  • 1 dash Ground Black Pepper
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ½ cup Organic Nutiva Chia Seeds
  1. Boil water and steep tea bags for 15 minutes or longer.
  2. Add enough water to tea to equal 2¾ cups and put in blender with warmed coconut manna, honey, vanilla, ginger, cinnamon, clove, black pepper and salt.
  3. Blend on high until smooth.
  4. On low setting add chia seeds and stir. Let sit for 5 minutes and stir. Let sit for 10 minutes or longer and stir again.
  5. Pour into bowls, cover and refrigerate overnight.
  6. Optional: garnish with toasted nuts, berries or vanilla wafer.

    This sounds so delicious! I need a quick clarification tho’–instruction #4 says, “On low setting, …stir.” Does that mean *blend* the chia seeds into mixture on low blender setting, or actually *stir* them with a spoon or something? Thanks!

      Hi Liz! Just blend together on the low setting. No need to physically stir by hand. Enjoy the recipe!
