  1. In one bowl, place all dry ingredients and stir together by hand
  2. In a separate bowl, place all wet ingredients except for the Coconut Manna and whisk together by hand
  3. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and then add in the Coconut Manna and finish whisking all ingredients together
  4. Set the mixture aside for about 5 minutes
  5. Meanwhile, heat your pancake skillet to 375 degrees
  6. Pour the mixture onto the skillet, forming small-to-medium sized pancakes, flipping once golden brown
  7. Serve with melted Coconut Manna, raw cacao nibs, coconut syrup or honey.
