Ingredients
  • ½ cup Nutiva Organic Coconut Manna melted
  • 3 Tbsp coconut nectar
  • 6 Packets ZSweet
  • 3 Tbsp water filtered
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 4 Tbsp carob powder
  • 4 Tbsp cacao powder raw
  • 1 Tbsp cacao nibs
  • 1 Tbsp goji berries
  • 3 Tbsp Nutiva Organic Hempseed Shelled
Instructions
  1. In small bowl, blend melted Coconut Mana, Coconut Nectar, ZSweet, water, cinnamon, and vanilla.
  2. Stir until all ingredients are incorporated.
  3. With flat spatula using a folding motion, work in carob and cacao powder until smooth, pliable, and shiny like fudge.
  4. With spatula, fold in Cacao Nibs and Goji berries.
  5. Form into balls and roll in Hempseed.
