Coconut Manna Smoothie with Hempseed Recipe

Here’s a really easy and delicious morning smoothie recipe, using Nutiva Coconut Manna, Nutiva Hempseed, Almond Milk (we recommend Pacific’s Unsweetened) and some fresh or frozen fruit.


  • 8 oz almond milk Unsweetened
  • fruit Fresh or Frozen, banana, strawberries, etc
  • 1 Tbsp Nutiva Organic Coconut Manna
  • 2 Tbsp Nutiva Organic Hempseed
