Packed with Nutiva superfoods, these Date Nut Treats are the perfect bite-sized snack whenever you crave a sweet and healthy treat. You can enjoy these on-the-go or as a light dessert!

Ingredients
  • 16 oz. Medjool Dates (about 1½ Cup) Pitted
  • 1 cup Almonds (Chopped)
  • 1 cup Walnuts (Chopped)
  • ⅓ cup Nutiva Organic Hempseed
  • 2 tbsp Nutiva Organic Chia Seed
  • 2 tbsp Nutiva Organic Coconut Manna
  • ¾ cup Rolled Oats
  • 3 tbsp Cacao Powder
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ Lemon's Juice
Instructions
  1. Mash Medjool dates into a paste and add chopped nuts, seeds, manna, lemon and salt, or blend in a food processor with nuts,seeds, manna, lemon & salt.
  2. Add the oats and cacao powder until mixed thoroughly.
  3. Make small balls and roll in shredded coconut, cacao nibs, hempseeds or any chopped nuts you like.
  4. Refrigerate for 1 hour and serve.
