Date Nut Treats

Packed with Nutiva superfoods, these Date Nut Treats are the perfect bite-sized snack whenever you crave a sweet and healthy treat. You can enjoy these on-the-go or as a light dessert!


  • 16 oz. Medjool Dates (about 1 1/2 Cup) Pitted
  • 1 Cup Almonds Chopped
  • 1 Cup Walnuts Chopped
  • 1/3 Cup Nutiva Organic Hempseed
  • 2 Tbsp. Nutiva Organic Chia Seed
  • 2 Tbsp. Nutiva Organic Coconut Manna
  • 3/4 Cup Rolled Oats
  • 3 Tbsp. Cacao Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 Lemon Juice


  1. 1. Mash Medjool dates into a paste and add chopped nuts, seeds, manna, lemon and salt, or blend in a food processor with nuts,seeds, manna, lemon & salt .
  2. 2. Add the oats and cacao powder until mixed thoroughly.
  3. 3. Make small balls and roll in shredded coconut, cacao nibs, hempseeds or any chopped nuts you like.
  4. 4. Refrigerate for 1 hour and serve.
