Green Drink – A Fast Nutritious Meal
This is one jam-packed smoothie. Featuring Nutiva Hemp, Coconut, and Chia, this recipe will get your day started just right!
- 1 cup Almond Milk (can be substituted with coconut milk)
- 1 Banana
- 1-2 scoops Nutiva Organic Hemp Protein 15g
- 1 tsp Nutiva Organic Coconut Manna
- 1 tsp Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil
- 1 tsp Nutiva Organic Chia Seeds
- 1/4-1/2 bunch Parsley (fresh)
- 1 cup Spinach (packed; fresh)
- 1/4 or 1/2 Avocado
- 4-5 Ice Cubes
- I just throw all the ingredients in my Vita-mix. Blend and Enjoy! I love it!
- You can do so much with this recipe like add frozen berries. Sometimes I don’t have avocado and it still tastes great. Experiment, it's fun!
