Green Drink – A Fast Nutritious Meal

This is one jam-packed smoothie. Featuring Nutiva Hemp, Coconut, and Chia, this recipe will get your day started just right!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond Milk (can be substituted with coconut milk)
  • 1 Banana
  • 1-2 scoops Nutiva Organic Hemp Protein 15g
  • 1 tsp Nutiva Organic Coconut Manna
  • 1 tsp Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil
  • 1 tsp Nutiva Organic Chia Seeds
  • 1/4-1/2 bunch Parsley (fresh)
  • 1 cup Spinach (packed; fresh)
  • 1/4 or 1/2 Avocado
  • 4-5 Ice Cubes

Instructions

  1. I just throw all the ingredients in my Vita-mix. Blend and Enjoy! I love it!
  2. You can do so much with this recipe like add frozen berries. Sometimes I don’t have avocado and it still tastes great. Experiment, it's fun!
