Hemp Walnut Pie Crust

Walnuts and hemp seeds offer a tasty source of Omega 3s in this quick and easy raw pie crust. Feel free to fill it with your favorite fruit filling for a no bake pie everyone will love.


  • 1 cup Walnuts
  • 1/4 cup Nutiva Organic Hempseed
  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract


  1. Put the walnuts and hemp seeds in a food processor and grind into a course meal. Add the maple syrup and vanilla and blend until well mixed.
  2. Press it onto the bottom of a pie pan and fill with your favorite raw pie filling.
  • Yield: 1 pie crust (6-8 Servings)
