Peanut Butter Frosting
This smooth frosting is a perfect topping for chocolate cupcakes or even on its own as frosting shots.
- 1/2 cup Nutiva Organic Shortening
- 1 cup Peanut Butter (can be substituted with nut butter of your choosing)
- 2 cups Powdered Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 3 tbsp Almond Milk
- Set aside almond milk, and whip all ingredients together with a hand mixer.
- While mixing, add in almond milk 1 tbsp at a time until frosting reaches a consistency you find ideal.
- Serve from a frosting bag or spread with a spatula and enjoy!
