This vegan vanilla frosting is perfect with Vanilla Cupcakes and is made with Nutiva Shortening.
- 1/2 cup Nutiva Organic Shortening
- 2 cups Powdered Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt
- 3 tbsp Coconut Milk
- Sift confectioners sugar, then whip all ingredients together until smooth.
- Spread over cupcakes after they've cooled or enjoy as a frosting shot!
